    Smile

    50g Natural Penut Butter
    1 De-skinned apple sliced up
6 egg whites (I use liquid egg whites that are pasturized and are gtg)
    200g cottage Cheese
    110ml Skimmed Milk
You can add a bit of flax to bump up ur Essential Fats

You can add some Cloudy apple if you want it a bit sweeter

Dont be put off byhe cottage cheese it make a great addition to any smoothie and you can not taste it all. 200g of Cottage cheese from my supermarket packs in 26.7g of Protein and only costs me €0.57. SUPER PRODUCT

Chicken and peas and sweet potato blended and eaten with a spoon... and about half a stick of butter but just pretend I didn't say that.
