    Cliff Bars

    What do you guys think about them? I usually eat one a day for a snack prior to lunch. I know they have soy in them and soy from what i've heard has been known to decrease testosterone levels . Do ya'll think such a little amount really matters? Aside from the high sugar content I really enjoy the extra 250 calories.

    i like to eat one sometimes before the gym for a decent enegy source, they taste pretty good imho...i wouldent worry about the soy theres realy not that much un there as its more of a carb source than a protien source...

    I think there are better snacks out there, but in a pinch I guess they're ok. From what i've read, soy doesn't decrease test but rather increases estrogen. Not sure if this has been proven beyond a doubt though. For now, I stay away - better safe then sorry. Nothing great enough in the soy world to get me to eat it.

    Clif Builder bars have decent macro's and organic ingredients which is a big plus for me. The carbs are derived from complex and simple sources and even with the protien. If i'm on the go and don't have time to microwave my tupperwear meals i always have one of them around for that situation

    Last i checked the clif bar only packs about 10 grams of protein.

    ^^ u have to buy the clif "builder" bars 20g protien 20g carbs
