NEED HELP building diet from ground up!!!!
I need some serious help building my diet from the ground up...I am looking to burn some serious fat and continue my journey on getting back in shape...I am an ex college football player taht never really stopped eating like one (O-Line)...Here are my stats...
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 299
BF%: 32%
RMR: 3012
Age:28
Looking for help in building a diet that will help me burn the most amount of fat...If anyone can help that would be great...

Read all of the stickies and multitude of diets already posted in this section. You can find a ton of cutting diets, all you'd need to do is find a decent one, and adjust the calories to fit your needs.
Nobody here is going to make you a diet. Do the legwork, post up a proposed diet, and we'll help you sort it out.
