Ur best off creating ur own database on a spreadsheet

U mite look like a fool but i have gone around a super market b4 picking up stuff and writing the macros down

If its food u eat all the time just check the back of the pack and create a big list for each macro

if you like, you can pm me with your email address. I can send you an interactive spreadsheet in MS Excel. Just pop in what you eat and it self calculates. I think it has something like over 1500 different things on it.
