    Chocolate milk ??

    I try searchin the forum diet threads for Chocolate milk post but couldnt find none.
    How bad is the chocolate milk if u r on a strict diet...how often one should drink it during a week...i dont drink it all but its on sale from something like $3.00 to .99cets so im just curious..

    If you are someone who handles dairy well, then go for it. This matter really depends on the individual.

    Yea...i think i can and plus i might drink not much but like 500ml a day...lol only 1-2 times a week or so...

    That's not so bad. As Twist said, it all depends on your stance on dairy as a whole. Still, if your goals are very strict I wouldn't have it.

    I was in the sauna at the gym the other day with a couple fat Indian guys (it's always the out-of-shape who think the steam room will make a difference). They were reading some BB magazine which was advocating chocolate milk as a PWO meal. WTF?

    perfect macros for pwo shake in may cases if u are ok with high glycemic carbs pwo - which many are.

    I don't see how adding Nestle's Quick to your milk provides any benefits. With all that extra sugar?

    Why wouldn't you just drink the milk... "as~is"?
