Buy a heart rate monitor and do low intensity at 65% max heart rate and High intensity at 80% and above mhr. Treadmill or track works. Either way. Slow jogging is ok as long as you get in the right heart rate zone. You could be working too hard, or not hard enough. Tough to say

OK, a cooked 150 gram sweet potatoe is almost exactly 200 grams pre cooked. Not only that but your carb numbers are off as well. 100 grams precooked is about 27 grams I believe, so you are actually getting about 55 grams of carbs on your sweet potatoes as opposed to the 23 grams you have listed. Doing this 3 times per day is putting you almost 100 grams of carbs over what you have listed.

I checked the site, it shows 4oz (113grams) uncooked right around 26 grams of carbs. I use a Parrillo software program for all my food values. It shows 100grams uncooked at 26.3 grams of carbs. Either way I think you are getting quite a bit more carbs than you have penciled out.

me three
will do pics in a months time roughly to see the progress. anything earlier i dont think will be worth it as i might get bit down not cause of not seeing results i want. so 4 week intervals seem logic i think.

Fvck thats impressive too man.
can you tell me something. what cardio did you do? how long? and when ?
also how much under TDEE were you?
and did you have any cheat meals?
reason i said 4 weeks twist is becasue i have had no luck ever cutting after trying many times. so i dont wanna do it short cause it might get me down.
oh were you taking anything to help drop the fat?

I got even leaner, but I don't have pics for that as I was doing a 20 day diet so didn't bother. I always regretted not taking more pics.
We can dial this in for sure. Go buy a heart rate monitor at your local sporting goods store. I like schwinn models. Something that goes around the wrist is fine, you don't need one that wraps around the chest. The most important thing for a hr monitor is that it shows what % of your MHR you are at, and that it has a stopwatch and a 1minute countdown. that's why I like Schwin. Timing your rest periods and your cardio periods and finding out your heart rate is crucial. You can really dial in everything with ease if you have a hr monitor. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of it. Of course you don't need one, but it really helps and mine cost me $25.

Twist, that's crazy bro - I don't understand why my body doesn't respond to fat loss like this. Granted i'm sure you were much more strict then me, but still - I MUST be in a deficit, doing 1 hour/day cardio (lower intensity, but it IS on an empty stomach), weights 5x a week (as of this week) - and after 2 weeks, I don't see any difference in terms of bodyfat. I get this terrible feeling i'm stuck this way!
Sorry T, didn't mean to hijack and make this about me - I just never get to see Twist's pics so I had to comment and compare!
