Your Favorite QUICK meals that are LOW CAL, HIGH PRO, LOW FAT, and TASTY?
Do they exist?!?!?! HAHA!
I've been cooking chicken a few day in advance and microwave rice, and eating that constantly! Its good, but getting a little old. I want some more variety. I'm a naturally BIG guy and still loosing, lost about 45 since august, and going well but this is a LIFE change! Any ideas to make canned tuna good?
I tried tuna and melted cheese... used not good cheese tho. Not good.
Microwave rice is a god send.
Your ideas?

You should be able to find tons of ideas in this forum, something ive been enjoying is 93/7 turkey burgers. Its not as near as expensive of the 93/7 beef. It costs around 3 dollars a lb IIRC

i use mrs. dash (salt free). there are a few different flavors. i mix the mrs. dash, the tuna, some yellow/or creole mustard, and some dill pickles. you can also throw in onions, garlic, or whatever spices/veggies that you like. i also like to shred up some grilled/baked chicken breasts and throw in some chopped chiptole peppers. you can do all sorts of things with chicken.
