Does anyone see anything wrong with fasting for 24 hours once a week while cutting? I am trying to lower my bodyfat as much as possible right now. I've been reading up on it and from what i read intermittent fasting seems safe and sounds like it is pretty effective. Just looking to get a few of you guys opinions on here. You all helped me out a lot with my diet and figured you would know better than anyone.

I am also going to run a tbol only cycle in the next couple of weeks. Would it be wise to do this while runny that cycle or no??
