Soda useful for bodybuilding
Im wondering if any of you have the same point of view as i do on soda.
Now of course anything in excess is not good. But after a workout, eating Lets say a bowl of rice and tuna with a soda, do you think it can be useful as it would spike the insulin levels? For muscle building purposes of course, just curious, ive always wondered this.

People have used many different things to spike insulin levels pwo. If you wanna use soda, ok... I would find something more beneficial to the body though. Juice without the carbonation is better...

Yeah juice would definitely be more beneficial. I was just curious about that. Much safer than taking slin itself tho rite? haha.

I'm not a fan of simple carbs PWO to begin with - the most i'd be good with is white potato, white rice, even baugette - but pure sugar wouldn't be my choice. However, as Twist said - at least pure sugar that provides other bodily benefits, such as juice with vitamins, anti-oxidants, etc.

Well im also not on a STRICT skim milk cutting diet here lol. Im cutting but not looking for 2-6% lol. Im 12%, looking to get down to about 8-10. I am an ectomorph so i believe i can cheat a bit with diet and still achieve what i want.
I was 215lbs once (using drol) And my waist was only a 34 1/2 and i was eating EVERYTHING. Pizza, pasta, Mcdonalds, soda you name it. I dirty bulked and still had some sort of stomach definition. So if i clean my diet up and throw a little cardio in there, i believe ill be GTG.

I'm going to pass on soda PWO...hardly drink sodas as it is. Much better alternatives =P

Lol not trying to rub it in. But damn 2000 calories? I did that one time... Notice i said ONE TIME lol, meaning ONE DAY haha and i felt like complete shit. I have to eat 3500-4000 to feel good. But since im cutting i lowered to 3k With cardio 2-3x a week and weight lifting. (Cleaner food too).

Nah bro, I just mean that I store fat VERY easily and i've been eating around 2000 calories for almost 2 years now (started at 255lbs though) - I get fat looking at pizza or soda. I'm just jealous of you fast metabolism havin' mofo's lol
