No energy today, Tired & need advice.
So my GF is feeling low on energy and tired a lot lately. An example of her diet would be....
What she ate today so far was 3 Egg White Omelet with 1/2 cup spinach and tomato. She had 2 cups of grilled Turnips Parsnips and carrots for lunch. She snacked on Papaya and had a handful of almonds.
Dinner will be Tofu with asparagus and Mixed Veggies.
I did not list any macros because she does not measure food in macros, she just relayed to me what she had been eating and I am scribbling this at work.
I know the answer to this question.... But I want you guys to tell her what you think.
