Peanut butter!!!!!!!!!!
Okay I love peanut butter going to try some natural peanut butter but in the meantime I have been eating "Simply Jif". for 2 Tablespoons (190 calories) it contains only 2 grams of sugar, 6 grams of carbs, 16 grams of fat, and 8 grams of protein. This doesn't sound all that horrible to me...what do you guys think?

Yea, that's what I figured. Don't be fooled, it's not always about macros alone. This kind of peanut butter 'spread' and natural peanut butter are very close in nutritional stats, numbers wise - the the added vegetable oil is really bad - that hydrogenated crap is what the problem is. That's man made fat basically. Our bodies aren't meant to process it. The added molasses, sugars, etc are all unnecessary.
Ingredients in natural peanut butter should read: Roasted Peanuts, sea salt (maybe)
That's it.
