Cutting/lean bulking on Winstrol.(All my info+ pics) Expert advice please.

    Heres my stats:
    22 years old:
    3rd cycle
    5'10
    214 lbs
    16% BF
    very bloated genetically.

Ive been adding winstrol to my cycle, hoping that it would help me harden a little and cut, cuz im all over soft like a woman's muscle.

    Heres my cycle:
1-15 Eq 600mg/ew (useless shit hasn't done anything in 10 weeks)
    1-16 Test e 300 mg/ew
    11-17 Win 70mg/ed
    18-20 PCT

    heres my diet:
    9 AM - 5 eggs whole and 100g oats with a banana P:42 C:87 F:30
    12 AM - 240g tuna and 200g pasta with tomato sauce P:63 C:60 F:3
    3 pm - 240g sardines with 500 ml orange juice (pre-workout carb load) P:52 C:62 F:22
    4 pm - (gym)
    5 pm - protein shake (lean gainer) P: 40 C:70 F:10
    7h - 250g chicken with 50g natural almonds P:86 C:0 F:35
    9h - 250g lean beef with 50g natural almonds P:60 0 F:35

    Total:
    Protein: 343g
    Carb: 279 g
    Fat: 135g

Im on week 11 of my cycle, just started winstrol and changed my diet to cutting's. (old diet was bulker 250g prot, 1000 carbs and 150 fats)

My workout split is 2 days on, 1 day off. 1 Main muscle group a day.

    Any advice or improvements possible?

    heres my diet:
    9 AM - 5 eggs whole and 100g oats with a banana P:42 C:87 F:30
    Reduce the oats to 80g
    12 AM - 240g tuna and 200g pasta with tomato sauce P:63 C:60 F:3
Remove the pasta in this meal + tomato sauce and add two cups of veggies mixed with 10 ml olive oil.
    3 pm - 240g sardines with 500 ml orange juice (pre-workout carb load) P:52 C:62 F:22
Remove the orange juice in this meal and add 40g oats
    4 pm - (gym)
    5 pm - protein shake (lean gainer) P: 40 C:70 F:10
    7h - 250g chicken with 50g natural almonds P:86 C:0 F:35
This has to much fat in one sitting. Make it 25g natural almonds instead of 50g and add 2 cups of veggies
    9h - 250g lean beef with 50g natural almonds P:60 0 F:35
Same as the meal before reduce the almonds and add veggies

    Total:
    Protein: 343g
    Carb: 279 g
    Fat: 135g

by the way having 3 cycles under your belt at the age of 22 is a killer + your current cycle is way too long.

A 3 week PCT is insufficient for any cycle...

    Where is the HCG ?

What are u using for PCT at what dose?

Ur PCT is more important than ur cycle, dont rush past it

Your carb choices are terrible and/or non existent.

    Fat way too high.

    Cardio?

What cue artist said, however I see no need for that banana in the morning - sugar spikes insulin levels, insulin grabs the lipids from the blood stream and deposits them right in the adipose tissue.

up to you really, I know I love my bananas, but I keep them for pre workout or post workout.

I agree in general, although aside from pre/pwo, first thing in the morning is the only other time of day i'd be more forgiving with fruit, only because your in a fasted state, and chances of those carbs being stored as fat, even with an insulin spike, are slim.

If i'm cutting though, fruit is out of the picture for me 100% with the exception of berries.

Oops missed the banana in meal 1. If you really feel that you need some fast acting carbs in the morning go for the banana and reduce the oats to 40g. This will give you around 50 g of fast/slow GI carbs. Remember that mixing mixing fast and slow acting carbs together wont effect insulin levels as bad as only eating high GI carbs alone.

You shouldn't be cycling, your going to cause more problems for yourself and your diet isn't sufficient for your goals
