Post workout carbs - not enough?
I have 3tbsp of gatorade powder for the high gi carbs. THing is, it ends up being around 30g almost. I see everywhere recommendations on 70g or about there. Should I drink two bottles? Or is it really necessary?
So far, ive cut for 2 weeks, and my arms went up 1.5cm, when an inch is around 2.25cms, so half an inch about.
WHat do you think?
I have leftover creatine and dextrose, im not sure if i should use it, one serving -300cals plus all the carbs 70g plus 10g creatine no ala but taurine included. I dont want to use creatine as i dont want the water weight in my muscles or in my belly, yet its the only other form of high gi i seem to able to get easily with one trip to a supermarket. No Internet buying for me, I dont believe in it and am too afraid to buy, despite all the high talks about good businesses.
What do you suggest?

Dextrose, 3 tablespoons is about 50g of carbs
Other alternatives, corn syrup I believe has dextrose already in it.
But if you insist on gatorade then yes I would double it.
