Cutting/cardio/diet calculations. Will i reach my objective in time?
Assuming i have those infos:
I eat 2000 cals a day of protein, fats and low carbs (300 prot, 120 carbs, 80 fats)
BMR of 2550 cals
500 cals burn during workout everyday
700 cals burnt during cardio everyday
-----I lose an average of 1750 cals a day-----
I weight 210 lbs at 16% BF. i would like to get to 10% (which means i gotta lose 6% BF)
210x0.06= 12.6 lbs
----I need to lose 12.6 lbs of fat----
Considering theres:
3500 calories in a pound of fat
i lose 1750 cals a day
i need to lose 12.6 lbs of fat,
Then i should reach my objective in about 3500x12.6 / 1750 = 25.2 days
I expect to reach my objective within 4 weeks (28 days). Is this right or am I missing something?

you are missing the fact that it simply doesnt work this easily
forget calculations
Hard work and disipline will get u to where u wanna be, it will just take time, a lot longer than 25.2 days aswell

It certainly is possible to lose 4 lbs per week BUT you are going to see alot of muscle loss. Meaning your going down in overall weight but your body fat percentage is not equally going down. Much better to lose 1-2 lbs per week and protect your muscle.

You need to be concerned with preserving LBM and losing bodyfat. 1lb a week is good, 2lbs would be MAX and pushing it IMO. Eat at a deficit but not a huge one (no more then 500 cals) and get a SOLID cardio routine in place - at least 1 hour, 5 days a week or more. 2x a day if you can.
