This is usually how I eat em' POPS. You can also mash em' up and have a form of mashed sweet potato. Use some FF butter spray and use lots of cinnamon. Not bad!

what, do we have a room full of chefs here, lol!

Before I would just buy them from Jewel already in plastic so all I had to do is throw them in the microwave for 5 min. Too boring.

Anyways, thanks all for the tips!!

I eat em plain usually. Love the taste of em.

Sometimes as a somewhat healthy cheat I'll slice them into 1/8" thick slices and fry them in some butter. They are amazing.

Cut horizontally and thin like Potato Chips. Place on Oven Sheet layed out flat and drizzle olive oil on them evenly. Sprinkle with Pepper and Rosemary. Oven at 450 for 20 minutes. They will be soft in the middle when they are ready.

I like mine with the sides a little burnt. Taste Awesome and a short cooking time.

suprises me that if u cut them as thin as chips that it would take 20min to cook @ that temp...unless u like em burnt all over

Sweet potato and yams to me are already way too sweet to the point where I kind of feel sick. I like to contrast the really sweet taste with HOT SAUCE! Call me crazy but dash a little tapatio on them babies and its a little slice of heaven to me. Sorry if that is no help, but try it you may like it. Thats about as far as I go with sweet potatoes
