help with a high protein diet
i need help with a high protien diet ...... i am living on meal replacement shakes pure beef patties and high fibre cereal.......... i am not to clued up about dieting .. but i do have to lose weight pretty quickly... i also do 45 mins of cardio at gym and 45 mins of weight training.........

I will give u a guide line since we dont have ur stats and really need to know ur BF level
I remember u saying u were 85kg and waned t be 65kg
07.00 - Eggs whites, Whole Egg, oats
10.00 - Lean meat or fish, fiberous veg, EVOO
13.00 - Lean meat or fish, fiberous veg, EVOO
16.00 - Pre Workout - Lean meat or fish, fiberous veg, oats or rice or sweet potatoe
19.00 - PWO shake - Whey and Oats in water
20.30 - Lean meat or fish, fiberous veg, EVOO
Drink a gallon of water a day, keep ur food bland/ no high calorie dressings or sauces
Do cardio in the mornings b4 breakfast, lift weight in the evenings followed by a little more cardio

Fast foods, cheeseburger, regular, double patty, plain
Turkey, neck, meat only, cooked, simmered
