    Diet in need of Review

    I was just wondering if anyone could review my diet and let me know if it is ok or not.

    Meal 1
    4 hardboiled eggs (2 egg whites & 2 whole eggs)
    1 cup oatmeal (cooked)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 scoop of myofusion

    Meal 2
    1 can albacore tuna
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup of almounds
    2 rice cakes

    Meal 3
    1 cup of ground bison
    1 cup brown rice (cooked)
    1 cup of broccoli

    Meal 4
    1 can tuna
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1 scoop of myofusion

    Meal 5
    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup of brown rice (cooked)
    1/4 cup almonds

    And meal 6 is usally a 2 scoops of monster milk before bed

    I know some knowledgeable ppl gonna chime in shortly, and fine tune it, but to save u some time, and for others to help u the best they would need more details,. most importantly ur goal!,. r u planning to lose fat or are u aiming to bulk up? including macros would be so helpfull, personal stats, age, height, weight, BF

    Im 27 5'9" or 68in I weigh 216lbs im at about 16% bodyfat. My goal is to lose some bodyfat while maintaining or building muscle. I train at least 4 times a week sometimes more if my body is up to it. I cardio at least 3 times a week 30-45min usually in the morning after my first meal. I have to get back to you with the macros

    I would find another source for complex carb instead of cup rice 2x a day.Such as lentils,yellow split peas,black beans..Any of these have much greater nutritional valus than brown rice.
    Also you should incorperate green veggies at least 3 time a day..
    Are you working out in addition to this diet,if so you should have a postworkout meal consisting of whey protien and like 50g of carbs.
    Goals for this diet and macros for each meal will help to get more input from the pros..
