Mixture of both, usually a whole/white 2:4 or 1:5 ratio plus some egg beater thrown in

Depends on what you're looking for, and how many eggs you're eating. I usually like to do a 2:1 ratio of whole egg to egg whites. So i'll do 2 whole, 4 whites. Egg yolks are very nutritious and i'm a firm believer in having some whole eggs with every egg meal, but they ARE high in fat and can't be eaten indiscriminately IMO.

Eggs are the highest quality protein you can consume. And by this I mean the entire egg. What alot of people do not understand is that in order for your body to take in the protein being fed certain amino acids need to be present. A whole egg has all the acids necessary to absorb all the protein. This is why when ever you hear anything about quality protein it is always being compared to an egg which on the scale is 100%. Bottom line whole eggs are king (nuff said)
