Arrow What do you think of my DIET?

    26 years old
    165 lb
    5'10
    bf around 11%

    10:00 am : 3 whole eggs (18g protein) + cup of milk + 24g casien
    11:00 am : (pre workout) 30g protein
    12:00 pm : (post workout) 30g whey + fruits
02:00 pm : half liter of milk (13g protein) + fruits
04:30 pm : meat or turkey (55 g protein) + salad with olive oil
    07:00 pm : 1 hour cardio
07:00 pm : half liter of milk (13g protein) or yogurt (12g protein) or tuna (33g protein)
09:30 pm : orange or apple
    11:00 pm : 24g casien

So it is around 210g protein.
I drink 3 liters of water everyday.

The actual scoop for my protein supplement is 60g, I split it to before and after workout, is that a good idea or I should get the whole 60g after my workout?
One other thing, should I add more calories when I'm on a cycle or keep it the same way?

I have never used steroids , I'm thinking of stacking dbol and var.

I'll echo what I said in your other thread. You are nowhere near ready to run any kind of cycle. Your diet is horrible, you should expect to see no gains so long as it's in place. Secondly, dbol and var is a terrible cycle. What gave you that idea?

Please don't take this as me picking on you, quite the contrary - i'm trying to help.

Now, if you want to drop this cycle idea and get the fundamentals in check, i'd be happy to work with you on your diet and training routine. But I don't want to hear about your cycle again for a LONG time... you are over a year away easily. Sorry bro, it's not what you want to hear but it's the truth, and I can't imagine a single respectable member of this board disagreeing with me - that's how confident I am on this one.

OUCH, I have been using almost the same diet for years, and i have no gains no more,i cant even add more weight to what i left when i train.

Thanks to you I'm gonna drop the cycle idea now, it would be better to go with the right HARD path instead of going with the EASY, wrong way which I was going with.

I'm glad to know that from you mate, I really would love to get help from you, just tell me what to do...

THIS ^^^ is what I like to hear! Now, I hope you're not just blowing smoke up my @ss so I help you with your diet! =) I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. First, scrap your diet completely. Come up with a completely new diet, with the following in mind:

    * Lean protein in EVERY meal (so no more of these apple or orange meals) - 4-6oz, depending on your caloric needs

    * Complex carb or healthy fat in every meal - I personally like to keep them separate as much as possible. So my meals will be pro/carb, or pro/fat. I like pro/carb early in the day and/or centered around my workout window, and pro/fat later in the evening when there's less requirement for energy.

    * Eat real food - you're getting the majority of your protein from shakes, milk, etc. You will not see gains this way.

    * Start including fiberous/leafy green veggies in your meals - as much as possible.

    * Keep the majority of your carbs complex - you are currently getting WAY too much sugar. While it is healthy, fruit isn't necessarily a great choice for somebody on a BBing diet. At the end of the day, it's still just sugar, and you can be getting more quality carbs from another source. This goes for all the milk you're drinking as well

    * FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EAT. Based on your stats, I have your maintenance calories figured at around 2200/day. I would suggest you make a diet based on 2700 cals/day, with a 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat) split. It's a good starting point, but you will definitely need to monitor closely and make adjustments as needed.

    Let's see what you got!!

OMG bro that diet is terrible

No wonder u have hit a wall

Anyway, a good way i like to work a diet is to eat the same meal 4+ times per day

It sounds boring but makes the whole thing easy, clean and quick

Cook up a load of chicken and rice and greens and store it in tupaware in the fridge

Structur ur diet so that you are getting 4+ meat and rice/oat/potatoe meals per day

Have an egg meal for breakfast with oats

    Have a PWO shake

    Have cottage cheese b4 bed

Just trying to get the ball roling for u a lil

I was trying to get home as fast as possible to get your reply. That's a lot of change, but I'm gonna work on that. Unfortunately I have been doing it the wrong way for years. You gave me a great direction which I'm sure will make the change that I want.

I'll come up with a new diet and I'll start it next week, but I would love to ask you more few things please. First of all my training time will be early, cuz I don't wanna lose my energy during the day and go to the gym like a lazy.

My plan is getting a great breakfast then go to the gym. When I get there I have a pro shake (30g) before I start. When I'm done I get another 30g Then I go get a real meal around 2 hours later (or should I make earlier).
I'm just wondering what is the right thing to do when it comes to eat before and after workout? Is it ok to keep 30 pro pre and post workout or should I get only 60g post workout?
What you suggested is around 270g of protein daily, is it ok if I get a 100g of them from shakes?

I understand that you didn't accept this training routine :
Sat: Chest (Cardio 6 hours later)
Sun: Back (Cardio 6 hours later)
    Mon: Cardio
    Tues:Biceps - Triceps (Cardio 6 hours later)
Wends: Deltoids - Legs (Cardio 6 hours later)
    Thurs: Cardio
    Fri: Off

So how do you want me to change it?
I'll be using these supplements: Pro Complex, Casien and Creatine. is that good enough?

I know I'm asking so many Qs so please forgive for that and I really do appreciate your help and any help I get from others.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH BRO, THAT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL.

I hope I'll change all that. I have never tried oat before but I will add it to my new diet.
Thank you very much for the great tips my friend.

    Mine is early too, 5:30am

My plan is getting a great breakfast then go to the gym. When I get there I have a pro shake (30g) before I start. When I'm done I get another 30g Then I go get a real meal around 2 hours later (or should I make earlier).

If you eat a 'great breakfast' (i'd like to see the meal), I really don't see a need for another shake when you get to the gym. Try to eat the preworkout meal/breakfast at least an hour before working out. I think the 60g protein would be better used PWO.

As for shakes - I will just say try to eat as much real food as possible. A shake is better then nothing, so if you have to, go for it. I generally only find them acceptable first thing in the morning, PWO, and possibly before bed (casein).

I understand that you didn't accept this training routine :

Sun: Back (Cardio 6 hours later)

    Thurs: Cardio
    Fri: Off

So how do you want me to change it?

Honestly, we'd need to come up with a complete routine. You showed me your split, but not routine. I don't even see a chest day?

I'll be using these supplements: Pro Complex, Casien and Creatine. is that good enough?

I wouldn't use the pro complex, eat real food. Add fish oil caps and multivitamins. Also consider BCAA's, and possibly glutamine.

I know I'm asking so many Qs so please forgive for that and I really do appreciate your help and any help I get from others.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH BRO, THAT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL.
