    I'm losing fat rapidly. Check my diet and give me some input......

    As you have seen in my past threads I had been having trouble losing fat. I posted my diet and you guys gave me some tips on it.

    I followed the diet quite well for about a week and a half and figured I wasn't losing fat fast enough so I changed it up. I am also allergic to many types of foods which messes me up pretty bad. Everything makes me sick. I can't eat oatmeal because my stomach hurts or I get bloated. Artificial sweeteners like splenda make me very sick as well (bloated), milk, some cheeses, bread, starches, sodas, brocoli, wheat, oats, granola, and many more also make me very sick. If I would eat for example two little bars of string cheese I would be sick for about a day and a half. I have been to doctors, but they suck. They never really tell me what is wrong or why I have these reactions. I know I'm allergic to many different types of foods, but I also have different types of intolerances that doctors don't even bother to try to figure out. I just cope and stay away from foods that make me sick.


    I didn't want to lose any of my muscle and that is why I didn't diet much, but I figured that I would rather have less muscle than be fat so I changed up my diet and used some of my knowledge to create a new diet.

    I'm not too knowledgeable in the dieting thing, but its working. I'm not losing that much muscle yet.

    This is something similar to a Ketogenic diet I believe.

    Oh, and I added some ECA to it which is working psychologically. I figured I needed a psychological motivator to help cut the fat.
    I'm not weighing things either.

    Before taking a shower
    Large glass of water

    Morning: 7:00am
    1 Packet of Starkist Tuna in Sunflower Oil

    Bowl of salad. (Romaine Lettuce, Three slices of ham, and three table spoons of olive oil)

    3 Saltine Crackers

    1 25 mg Ephedrine Pill (Bronkaid)
    1 Caffeine pill
    2 Baby Aspirins (not really checking the dosage of these aspirins btw)

    1 Scoop Protein Shake 23 grams of Protein, 5 carbs, and 120 calories per scoop.


    10:00 am
    Another Packet of Starkist Tuna in Sunflower Oil or a protein shake
    Glass of Water


    12:00 noon
    Chicken or Tuna Salad (Tuna or Salad, Romaine Lettuce, Olive Oil, and Salt)
    Glass of Water
    ECA pills again


    Due to my busy day I sometimes don't have time to eat until 5pm which is a bad idea. Maybe you guys can suggest like a bar or snack that is high in protein and low in carbs for these times.


    5:00pm
    Chicken Breast
    Salad (romaine or some other type of lettuce, a little bit of ham)
    Water
    Sometimes I take the ECA at this time. Depends how tired or sleepy I feel.
    It all depends on whether I slept enough the night before.

    6:30pm
    Workout (if I have time) I have been working out about 4 times a week. Sometimes three.

    9:00pm
    1 Scoop of Protein
    Salad with olive oil, 5 saltine crackers, and salt (I love olive oil btw. Its the best dressing)

    and a glass of water. I drink a lot of water throughout the day also. About every 30 minutes or so.

    11:00
    Lots of lettuce with Tuna again and olive oil
    If I feel like I need carbs and don't feel like my insulin levels are stable I will have three saltine crackers or something.
    Another glass of water


    Then I go to sleep.





    Its not such a great diet, but I have some keto strips and I have been in Ketosis for a few days.

    It also doesn't seem as if I'm losing a lot of muscle, but I know I am losing and as time progresses I will lose more.

    My face is looking great. My waist is looking smaller. I already dropped a size in pants. etc. Probably a lot of water loss too.

    I haven't weighed myself because I don't care how much I weigh. I just want to be at about 32 inches of waist and remain at about 18 inches on arms.

    My arms probably measure 17.5 inches now.

    Hi again!

    I think your diet stinks, lol, but if you're sure it's fat you're losing and not LBM, i'm not sure what you're looking for or what the issue is??

    It is tough to maintain a good diet when you are allergic to or "can't eat" everything known to man.

    I dont like there is so much Tuna in your diet.
