Help with my diet pls !
Hey all !!
Im 26 yrs old, 80kg, 14% BF, 6'1
started my 3rd cycle 5 weeks ago (the cycle is 10 weeks) as follows:
test E : up to 750mg
tren E: up to 400mg
equip. : up to 600 mg
diet as follows:
6 egg whites, oatmeal
banana, low fat milk
2 chicken breasts, dry baked potato
chicken breast sandwich brown bread and veg,
workout
protein 2 scoops 40 grms whey isolate
lean beef steak and veg.
workout 5 times a week. NO CARDIO YET
NOW, something must be wrong bcuz honestly im not seeing any major changes !! im so disappointed.. I suspect that something wrong with my diet, protein intake, carbs.. etc.
My goal was for cutting and get hard shaped musclese. weakness: chest and abs, they so far from what I pictured.
Whta do u suggest for my diet, and cardio ?
any commensts on that ? thanx bros

I don't have time to get into the diet at the moment, but needless to say it's pretty poor. More alarming though is that you're roughly 175lbs at 14% and 6'1? Roughly 150lbs of LBM at that height and 3 cycles? Dude I know you're not here for cycle advice, but you have no business cycling as you clearly do not have the fundamentals in check yet. Not trying to be a d!ck, just being honest and I can't see any respectable member disagreeing with me on this.
Glad your here to tighten up your diet - my suggestion is you drop the cycle ASAP, the previous 2 obviously did nothing for you and neither will this one. My .02

I agree entirely.
OP you seem entirely confused on what results you want, how a proper diet will help get you there, and how AAS will help get you there. Let's start by creating some clarity: 16-18 weeks from now (first few weeks reserved for PCT) what do you want to be different from now?
Note: dropping your body fat below 10%, hardening your muscles, and building your chest and abs up all at once in 12 weeks is not a reasonable goal. Keep in mind, if all you had to do was run a cycle and hit the gym a few times, then everyone would be huge. You aren't where you expected to be, because your expectations are unreasonable.

I guess he started out at about 135lbs before his first cycle.
