After reading up here I am trying to clean up my diet with the idea of loosing 20 pounds of fat while keeping or gaining sam lean mass.
Back ground I am 56 on HRT Tcyp 200mg/week AI .5mg/E3D Working out 3 times/week doing crossfit. weight 230 hight 5'11
