    Soldier lookin for diet

I am currently deployed and im lookin for a good diet to get my hands on. Its hard to eat healthy out here but ive gotta stick to it. My cardio game and fitness level out here is in no need of work thats for sure, im just looking for a jump start on the diet game. Im 19%bf and looking for 15 or below. Any comments will be great. There are endless amounts of "healthy" foods here just putting them together is my problem along with the time line of meals. Tuna, protien shakes and oatmeal are easily accessible as well. Thanks for the help

I'm in the same boat CycleKing, currently in Kuwait. I know for me Ive mainly been looking at whats high in protein, and obviously cutting out the unhealthy foods. Ive found it hard to get a diet routine going since we have no control over whats for lunch/dinner/ or midnight chow, breakfast is nice since its the same thing. If you find out any advice, please do share, been trying to find something myself.

Always some type of protein available at the chow hall...
For outside the wire I always made sure to have cargo pockets stuffed with protein powder, tuna fish packets, instant oatmeal packets, almonds, peanut butter packets, snack bar etc. Plus hoarding of chicken, turkey, roast beef etc from the chow hall.
