Carbs question
Hey guys, I am trying to cut down now.
I was wondering what would be the optimal time for taking in the low GI carbs prior to weight lifting. How long before the acutal weight lifting session?
Also, how much dextrose should I be taking PWO?

Take ur Pre workout meal in 90-60 mins before ur session
Keep the carbs Low GI PWO also
If u want you could add a little Dextrose to an Intra wokout drink with some BCAA's
I recomend it

Yes Sir
The negatives of Spiking ur insulin PWO are going to outweigh the positives when trying to loose BF
If you were trying to gain I would reccomend some simple carbs PWO, but not when cutting

And the purpose of the dextrose in the drink durring ur weights is to prevent your body from releasing cortisol during a time where it is going to go through the roof
