No diet on vacation of 7 days
I'm on a vacation of 1 week. I've been following my cutting diet from the past 6-7 months and this is a break that I've taken. 3 days have passed and I feel bloated. How much time will it take to recover myself? Approximately?

I'm actually on a one month leave from my place of work abroad. What I've been doing is sticking to my cutting diet during the week, then eat ALMOST whatever I want on the weekends. Just keep cardio up, and you should be fine; I don't feel that I've added any fat. I'm basically just maintaining.

What are you asking specifically? What do you mean recover yourself? from bloating? strength? diet? Can you please be a little more specific?

The bloat will be fully gone after 7 days back on your diet/cardio. Just watch the sodium and maybe take a diuretic if it's bothering you too much.

I feel your pain, but DO NOT freak out. You have already been cutting for WAY too long without a break. I wouldn't run a cutting diet for more then 3 months, 4 TOPS without nice break. Your body will appreciate the huge refeed. You feel bloated because a) your body isn't used to this amount of food, and b) your mind is fvcking with you.
You will not stay that way - you'll be back to normal within a week or less. When you get back, just get into your routine, go hard with the cardio and watch the fat melt away! This week will give your metabolism a much needed boost!
