Is seafood any good in your diet?
I'm talking about shrimps, oysters, squid, octopus (i love this btw).
Not tuna or fish like so

I think it would depend on how it was prepared. Shrimp is very high in protein and pretty good, I'm not really familiar with the fat/protein content of the other stuff, but I would think that as long as they are relatively unadulterated that they could have a place in your diet.

All good stuff. Alot of shellfish IS high in cholesterol, so I wouldn't be eating TONS of the stuff, but it's a fine protein source.

i love ceviche, its a dish from Peru, its basically "made from fresh raw fish marinated in citrus juices such as lemon or lime and spiced with chilli peppers. Additional seasonings such as onion, salt, and pepper may also be added."

Good post, great protein sources, all in moderation except fish.

Ceviche is the best! I make mine with 1can albacor tuna, 1can Geisha tiny shrimp,
and 1can Geisha crab meat. Tomatoes, red onions, serano chillis, shredded iceberg lettuce,
half an avocado, and plenty of lime. Instead of salt I sprinkle a little
Pappy's seafood seasoning it delicious.
