Rate my diet
is there anything i should tweek or is this a good solid diet.im looking to gain lean mass while dropping bodyfat %.when i started i was 330lbs and 36%bf now im at 265 and 18%..
Diet
Breakfast 10am. 8 egg whites and 2 yolks cooked in evoo
1 cup oatmeal and 8oz oj fresh squeezed
Brunch 12:30pm 1lb grilled chicken breast,1 cup brown rice,steemed asparagus
Lunch. 3pm syntha6 and handfull almonds
Pre wokout shake 6pm
Post workout hydro whey shake and banana
Supper 9pm 8 oz tuna or salmon,half sweet potatoe,steemed broccoli
12pm casien shake with skim milk.

Looks ok I dont think that I would eat a whole pound of chicken at once. Maybe you could break it up into another meal. Also Great job on the weight loss, keep up the hard work bro.

yeah i have stalled over the past three weeks.i was thinking of cutting back on that meal and adding another to see if i could kick my metabolism back in overdrive

Congrats on the progress so far!
Unfortunately, I don't like the diet. Way too many shakes, not enough real food. Drop the OJ, no need for a glass of sugar when you're at 18% bodyfat (no offense). I'd drop the banana from PWO and go with 30-40g complex carb - oats are my preference. Drop the skim milk with the casein shake (i'm ok with keeping the shake here) - again, sugar, and right before bed. Add some EFA's instead, fish oil caps, etc.
Start eating real food bro - shakes are supplements, not meal replacements.
