I eat 4 meals a day, and for the past 6-8 weeks it has pretty much been 250gsteak and 250g of mashed potatoes each meal.. plus protein shakes/milk etc..

my question is if a kg of steak a day is a bad idea?? I am not a big fan of chicken or fish, but i do eat it from time to time.. I just remember hearing that too much red meat can be really bad for you. Is this true or is that just some bull$hit Hippy propoganda?
