I just finished my low carb day yesterday and am on my "thank GOD! high carb day".....Headaches for me are the worst with low carb....

Heh, thanks for your vote of confidence girly! This has been a relatively good week for me... but the weekend is here, and this is where I start making poor choices (I just talked about this in my thread) ... I get thrown off my daily routine (work, gym, etc) and everything goes to sh!t. I just gotta stay strong.
Sorry, didn't mean to hijack. Just letting you know you're not alone, we can accomplish this and beat our demons together!
