Speeding up the process
Hello everyone. My name is Joe.
The guys on the main forum told me to come here as I have about 50 pounds to lose before I start training on a more serious level.
I have set up a low fat, no sugar diet eating 6 times per day (small meals), so far so good, but I know that sugar craving is coming.
Would it be safe to take these supps on my long haul (links below). I figure taking advantage of the 21st century cant hurt and may help me to stay focused if I'm seeing a quicker results. Make no mistake about it though, I will do this!!!!!!

age
height
weight
training exp
goals
Also it would be beneficial to post up your current diet WITH MACROS so the guys here can steer you in the right direction.

Ok, sorry about that man. I try and keep the diet section clean, and this post just looked suspicious.
In any event, it's against the rules to advertise links to other sites, but we can talk about what you were interested in. I remember clen being one - what was the other?
