Rice, is this a good product for my bulk diet?

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Produ.../?id=261732984

I am thinking about adding this to my bulking cycle diet, eating the whole small 4 packets of rice, per meal.

Which would look like this per meal:

    (640 cals for 4 packs, 126 carbs)

    Thanks

Can't use the link bro, it's a Tesco login page. What kind of rice is it?

In any event, 126g of carbs is too much in one sitting. 640 calories for 1 meal all from carbs? Obviously you'd be eating other food with this (protein), so we could be talking 1000 calories in 1 meal.... WAY too much. 1/2 the amount of rice will be plenty.

absolutely correct GB, this is way to big of a meal to consume for a quality gain, if your looking to get fat, then this would be the way to go, otherwise you won't get much quality with it.
