    protein and glutamine questions

    whats up guys,
    im currently dieting to get bf down before any aas....im taking 2 shakes a day and vpx glutamine.....best time to take it would be 1 teaspoon b4 workout and i after and then 1 b4 bed right?

    what do you think about vpx gluta? my man said it was the best

    I won't lie: I've never supplemented with glutamine specifically, so I can't speak for any specific brands. I've always noticed plenty of glutamine in my whey alone. I do know guys who supplement additionally and they use it pre and intra-workout with their BCAAs in water.

    I sip on bcaas during training and I add an additional tablespoon of glutamine to my pwo shake. I noticed a huge difference in my recovery the very next day; sore but not that sore. It sounds far fetched but you will have to try out for yourself...

    I do the same thing and notice the same results.
