First time bulker. I am 22 years old, 6 foot, 245lbs, 24.8% BF. My ultimate goal is to get to 15% BF, but my primary goal is to be stronger. I have been lifting hard for 2 years, but another 6 before that consistently. So I am definitely now knew to the gym.

But I am looking to bulk, not necessarily in weight, but muscle mass. So I read through the "Unofficial Bulking Program" and am looking to follow that. But here is my question. I calculated my Harris Benedict Formula and it says I am at ~3700 calories.

Ultimately, I am looking to gain mass, but do not need the extra pounds. What do you guys recommend?
