Hey Guys,

Been doing really good with my diet plan, losing weight consistently, the one thing i have a question about is sodium intake.

I have 2 meals in the day that are chicken, broccoli and rice, i dont cook with any salt so after i mix it all together i throw a TBSP of light soy sauce into my meal for a little flavor. it;'s 550MG per TBSP.

I do cardio in the morning and lift in the afternoon and drink a ton of water. Is this ok to do? I never was sure about sodium intake or what is a fair amount for a day.
