    tell me what you think of my diet

    ive cleaned up my diet as much as i can right now. but its something like this...

    6-7am: 4 eggs,2 slices of toast, and 1 cup of oats

    9am: Mcclub grilled...i just eat the chicken and leave the rest for trash

    11am: 2 cans of tuna (hard to leave campus... each can is 30g of protien/60 total)

    4pm: pre-workout (nutrex HEMO-RAGE), and a 6" feast sub from subway on "wheat"

    4:30-??: workout


    (depends on when i get out if gym and how long i gotta wait to do my exercises)
    5:30-6pm 3 scoops of protien powder plus 16oz of milk(82g protien) and 4 pixie sticks (someone told me about it being and old trick and am tryin it.)

    8pm usually either skinless chicken breast (grilled) or 8oz steak with spinich,corn, and green beans.

    sometimes if i cant sleep and am already up 9-11pm:2 scoops of protien powder and 8oz of milk. 52g protien

    hows that lookin?

    i know i should know how much protien and such in taking in, but figured this should be close to what i need and i thought it looked clean enough.
    only reason i havent taken much time to log my meals like i used to is cause im now attending college and anybody can understand how that is.
