Need a fat burner diet
Ok im 6-0 209 lbs bf % ive been told 28-30% i just got off 9 weeks test e and winstrol 50mg ed. i have 12 days till i pct. i was doing the p90x but will now just be strictly doing 60 mins of cardio 6 days a week to get body fat down to 20% or less. ill be doing 30 mins of cardio in the morn and 30 at night. i need a diet asap. can someone help me and is 60 mins of cardio 6 days a week good enough to drop the fat. also i have access to clen and t3. any thoughts are appreciated.

just got off a cycle was going to do strictly cardio for 8 weeks to drop the bf % then cycle back on hitting the gym hard again

Whay are you not lifting????????????????????? Seems a bit odd that if you want to drop bf then you are dropping lifting!
Do you know your stats before doing the cycle??

If you go that route you will probably lose a lot of the muscle that you worked hard to get. I am also following p90x so I know how intense it is so you need a really good diet because if you not your energy level will go down the tubes...
First of all you need to do you homework. Search around and check out the diets posted here and get a general idea on HOW to post up a diet. Then post it up and we'll go from there.
Also, t3 and clen will help but if your diet is all over the place then you will be wasting your time...

This is a terrible plan. At your bodyfat I have no idea why you would have ran a cycle. How old are you? What were your stats before the cycle?
Chances are you will lose every last bit of muscle you added on this cycle, if you added any at all. You can't just stop eating (I don't mean literally stop) and expect to maintain gains... and on top of that NO lifting?
What is your PCT protocol?

after cycle 209
6-ft
34" waist
nolva for 5 weeks
i think my body fat is lower but genetically it stores around my mid section. im just going of what other members have said. just need a good routine. should i 30 mins of cardio in the morn and p90x at night

if you can do am fasted cardio then I would keep it low intensity.
IMHO, if you can do 30 min of cardio, goto work all day and then do p90x then youre a madman! Like I said Im doing the same thing but I tweaked my training to compensate my work schedule and after the first few couple of days I had to adjust my diet because I was crashing in the afternoon. Besides that, the p90x diet is not a bodybuilders diet. Im glad that you and I see eye to eye on this one.
I love the workouts even though T.H can be annoying sometimes, lol....

I need to see pics asap. There's no way you're 6'0 at 209lbs with 30% bodyfat and a 34 inch waist... something just doesn't add up. I'm 5'11 190lbs 13% bodyfat and a 34 inch waist... just as a comparison.

also my hip bone sticks out very far so it is a slight layer of fat and looks like bad love handles but its really alot of hip bone
