    Plz no more, help me!!!

    Cold sweet potato and cold broccoli

    On my bulking diet I am eating

    2 x 210g sweet potato and 4 x 50g brocolli and it is f*****g disgusting... When u consider if I'm eating on a Wednesday it was cooked on a Sunday... Urghhhh, somebody please tell me how to make these tolerable, not nice, just tolerable or offer alternative suggestions to give me wat these 2 disgusting foods do.

    O amd I'm eating brown rice twice a day already so dnt really want rice again

    Why are you eating cold sweet potato? Also how do you cook them?

    Because with my job I dnt have access to cook or het things, I drive for a living... How I cook them is give them to the gf and take them out the fridge on te day I want them but I think she microwaves them first then does them in the oven

    Well the only way i can help is if you cut the sweet potato into wedges when she cooks them first, almost burn them to give them a crisp edge, makes it slightly more tolerable to eat

    As for your carbs, how about oat cakes? Check out Baseline's posts in the recipe sub-forum. You can make these over the weekend and they should be good all week. They're tasty too!

    Veggies - this is tough. I understand your problem - with veggies, I had to cook them twice a week or they were terrible. Send a PM to Chi - he's currently taking wheatgrass which claims to be as beneficial as 'X' amount of veggies. I'm not certain as to how true that is, but for convenience sake, it's worth looking into.

    Spinach salads with olive oil dressing have become a big favorite for me.

    Me too. I've actually be eating kale and collard greens as well w/ some olive oil, a bit of salt and alot of pepper.
