recently i have got on to a new strict diet, low carbs high protein etc. i would say i have been on this new diet for just under 3 weeks. before my diet i was eating higher carb meals and quite a few cheat meals, since i have started my new diet i have lost 8-10 lb's bodyweight but i feel i look exactly the same really. maybe slighty less b,f but not 10 lb's worth. where has this weight come from ??? my bodyfat has always been quite low i would say roughly 16% or so, i am just looking to get more ripped and down to 8-10 % if possible.
