    Egg whites vs Egg yolks

    Ive never really heard the nutritional facts on these two. I know the whites are cleaner but I enjoy some whole eggs. Any advice? take in more whites than whole eggs? or other way around? I'm bulking by the way.

    As many yolks as your macros can handle. How much fat are you currently taking in? What % of calories is it?

    Im taking in roughly 3800 Cal a day and 90-100g of that is Fat. I'm a tall lean guy, im 76in and about 205lb lol

    Whole eggs are great, and I try to never eat an egg meal without incorporating 1 or 2. They are full of nutrients, and the whole cholesterol thing is way overblown.

    Having said that, they're relatively high in fat, and the protein to fat ratio isn't great. You'd need 6 whole eggs to get 36g protein, but that would come with the price of a whopping 27g fat - too much! I try and stick with 2 whites to 1 whole to offset things a bit. Yolks are ok but there are better fat sources available (EVOO, avacado, fish oils, etc). Buy omega-3 eggs, at least then you'll be getting more of the healthy EFA's.

    The one to two ratio is good, 2 whole plus 4 whites for breakfast.

    2 whole eggs and 8 additional whites is what I eat every morning

    i dont really eat eggs. not taht im a fan. its just easier to eat a cooked chicken breast in the morning before work..

    also charles poliquin said its a great way to start the day some type of meat

    I eat 5 scrambled eggs every morning, and I'm cutting right now and am 27 weeks out. As time moves along I plan on using the 3/1 ratio........
