    another egg question

Does the way you cook an egg affect the macro's of the egg. If I nuke one in the microwave does it change any of the properties of the egg. I always do mine in a frying pan, but for clean up, the microwave will be cleaner.

I use the miceowave as little as possible. It won't change the macros but I'd keep frying them eggs buddy....unless you like rubber.

Not that I know of. The only change i'm aware of is the increased protein bio availability after cooking.

rubber? If you add some veggies and maybe some meat into the mix and nuke it actually tastes delicious.

I'm not 100% on whether or not cooking method makes s difference, but pretty sure it doesn't.

if you cook it in a pan with oil or butter then yeah it will change the macros.

i dont think a microwave could add anything but a sh!tty batch of eggs.

I don't put anything in the pan so its a bi*&h to clean. In the microwave I can throw it in a plastic dish...easy clean up. I'm sure I've eaten worse things then nuked eggs...
