Yep that's what I do mate, flatten them out into patties and grill them.
I have tried previously with onion, salt and pepper but I need something drastically different for a change

Worcestershire sauce is always necessary with seasoning GB in my opinion.. onion powder, salt and pepper is great too.. Pappy's Season Salt goes on pretty much everything i cook from veg to steak to chicken.. make the GB in patties and throw them on the George Foreman.. simple as that
Do this:
1 lb ground beef
1 large egg
1 large onion (saute in EVOO till golden brown)
1 handful fresh parsley
4 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
make it into patties and freeze or refrigerate.. cook only once thawed if you do freeze them.

you can make some healthy lasagna with it by using eggplant thinly cut instead of noodles. you can make a low carb tomato based sauce to season the beef with. you could also try some flank steak or other lean cuts to switch it up your meat source.

I season with sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, a bit of onion and garlic powder, and a bit of cayenne pepper. Then melt a serving of light Mexican cheese blend (Trader Joe's is excellent, and 4.5g fat per serving) over the top. Kinda like a healthier version of Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni... without the macaroni!
