first cycle diet question

Okay so a little bit of background info, this is my first cycle, 500 mg of test per week, for twelve weeks and frontloaded with 20mg of dynabol a day for the first four weeks, I was 6'3 210 pounds, I dont think i responded at all to the dynabol, not sure whether the gear was bad or the dose just wasnt enough to prompt a response from me, but to cut to the chase, from day one of the cycle I got a bit ahead of myself and added 1500 calories per day to my diet and am currently eating 6000 a day as opposed to my usual 4500, I gained 22 pounds in a month, with very little change to muscle size.

So my question is now that i am a month in to this cycle and the test E is due to kick in soon ( hopefully) should I just stick to the same caloric intake (6000 per day) and hope the test leans me out when my body plateus at that intake? Or would it be wise to bump the calories up again when gains start slowing? What is a reasonable expectation for weight gain per week? while on?
