My Daily Nutrition Log...Critique
Ok I am neither cutting or bulking up.....trying to lower bodyfat while either maintaing muscle mass or gaining a few lbs
Any advice or help will be great.
By the way i drink about 4 litres of water throughout the day
9:30
1 capsule of cod liver oil
3 whole wheat tortillas
5 slices of beef
1/4 can of tuna
11:00
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1:00
homemade fried rice with chicken...about a cup of rice...and a cup of chicken
REST DAY
5:00
a cup of pasta, 2 cups of meatsauce
1 serving of salad
9:00
1 cup of cottage cheese

Soooo.... you're cutting then???
I would post stats so the people on the forum can help you a little better (we'll get an idea of calorie/protein/carb/fat you should be taking in). Also, make sure to post your daily macros (calories/protein/carb/fat) - that will make it easier for everyone to critique. But from a quick glance, you're entire diet needs work. You're best bet is going to be to check out some of the educational threads on the diet forum and then start a new thread... or update this one.
A couple notes though:
1. You're almost certainly not getting enough protein
2. Fried rice (really fried anything) is not conducive to cutting body fat
3. Pasta with meat sauce may not be the best idea either (hopefully, you're eating whole wheat pasta though)
