Diet question for a 188lb 5"10 male
i plan on following this diet Meal
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax

you really need to be more specific when posting this diet. go read thru the stickies at the top of the diet section and they will help out some. you also need to get macros up (pro/carb/fat) of each meal along with total calories for each meal. for all we know meal 4 could be mcdonalds! just joking but its hard to break down a diet if we don't know whats in it.

Well in the morning i have a cup of oatmeal, and after a workout i have another cup of oatmeal. I cant afford dextrose right now due to the fact that i just spent $108 on a big ass tub of proteine, some no-shotgun, and mono creatine. i also eat 2 slices of whole weat bread a day so do you think that is enough carbs? When I say lean proteine i mean lean steak, white meat chiken, egg whites, etc.
And i dont have flax oil but i do have flax seeds in pills a serving of that is 4 pills so i take 8 throught the day. the flax seeds say to have omegas 4 5 and 9. is that the same as flax oil or is it completely different?
