Few idea for a maintain diet!

I am looking to build a diet to maintain my weigth...

I seen a few good diet ideas, I plan on making some soup, cause it is easy to make and freeze, and can last for some time.

My question is: What do you use or would you use for the water base.
Chicken broth, beef, or make you own from spice.

Make your own chicken stock so you can control the sodium content. Typically, store bought chicken stock/broth is loaded with it.

I notice that today, I went out and got 25% low sodium and it was still crazy, But I will have to look up how to make my own.

    Soup?????

What? Why do u want to make soup bro....

I mean, yeh its nice and may give you some nutrition and little carbs but why do u want it specifically....

And with regards to sodium.... As a frequent trainer I DO NOT EVER worry about sodium content in food.... Worth noting that I eat clean most of the time, dont eat junk etc...

I train 4 days per week and sweat my ass of in the gym lifting weights.... I then do 4 cardio sessions per week and sweat my ass of again...

IMO you dont need to wory about it too much... Unless your eating chineese take away 2 times a day.... Which is not a good idea LOL

I actually agree with Base with regards to the sodium thing, however most store bought chicken broths i've seen are as bad as soy/chinese, etc. It definitely won't make or break your diet - but you may feel bloated and that could have a psychosomatic effect more than anything else.

Obviously moderation is the key with anything ''BAD''....

I honestly believe we as humans can beat our systems up much worse than people think.... Especially fit and healthy exercisers

The human body is amazing and sometimes people dont realise how brilliant it really is...

Not beating you down GB LOL im just stating a fact

Your not going to find me recomending high sodium foods LOL but Unless something is way out I wont pick up on it....
