    can you take alook at my diet all thanks!!

    hi all im running a test-e cycle and im in my 6 week but dont really see dramatic changes type thing its my 3rd cycle in 12 years but last year i done test-prop and you could def see differances often so im taking a look at my diet and really would apreciate what you all think chrs so it is as follows =

    meal 1 = either a whey shake with 100grams oats /water/2 scoops whey or
    12 eggs and salad with 100grams of basmati rice



    meal 2 = 200grams turkey/chicken/steak with two handfulls of green salad

    meal 3 = same as meal 2

    meal 4 = same as meal 2

    meal 5 = 2 tins of tuna handfull of salad 100grams og basmati rice

    workout 1 hour and half

    snack = whey shake same as meal 1 shake

    meal 7 = same as meal 5 / sometime change to either chicken or turkey

    my stats are =

    age = 32

    weight = 14 stone 2

    height = 5 11

    training every other day monday/wednesday/thursday/sat

    my tdee is 3200 and im taking in about 2700 what im trying to do is a lean bulk if that makes any sense with gaining muscle derfinition while adding slight size any pointers from the pros again would be greatly appreciated im doing 500mg of test-e also every mon/thurs!!!

    I didn't even look at your diet because bold above says it all. What you're running is an aggressive cut, not a lean bulk. If you're trying to gain LBM then you can't eat 500cal below your maintenance level, you need to eat at least 500cal above your maintenance level. And if you're trying to gain then where the hell are your carbs??

    I think 14 stone 2 is over 200lbs so at 5 11 2700cal is a ridiculously low amount especially while on cycle. I think the answer to your question is self-explanatory?

    yeah i know what your saying bud but the reason forthe llow carbs is i think im carb sensetive so when i introduce them i seem to add to much fat any pointers then to add to this diet should i add 50 grams of carbs with each meal upto 6.00????

    2700 is low imo also. But not if you are eating 2000 cals now. Its in relation to how you eat now. I am with Sgt on this one. Also are you taking 500mgs every mon/thurs or 250mgs on mon/thurs totaling 500mgs?

    What are you eating now in relation to carbs fat and protein and also total calories?

    monday 250mg per 1ml so one amp on monday and one amp on thursday =total = 500mg 2ml a week

    im eating proper clean so its hard to bump the calories up but i was basically eating 100grams of carbs in the morning before training amd after training and just turkey chicken steak with salad and a drizzle of olive oil on the other meals!

    so my carbs im trying to total saturated 100g oats = 75.5 grams of carbs so that x 3
    protiens around 250 grams
    fat around 66 grams
    ive just added a english muffin with peanut butter as well now to put the calories and carbd up but i just dont want to add to much fat i dont like the bloated look i want to stay lean and cut while adding abit at a time chrs for your info again all appriciate it alot!

    Sorry bro but for some reason I am having a hard time understanding you. You eat 100g oats before AND after training = a total of 200grams?
    Can you just give me the total cals you eat per day and the percentages of protein/fat/carbs?
    Example:
    I CURRENTLY eat 2200 cals with a breakdown of 40/40/20 P/C/F. That is the diet that got me to how I look now and I want to get leaner but add muscle.

    ^^ that's what I'm looking for. Then I can see how different the diet is from what you have been eating.

    yeah i see bud well calories now a day is 3000 this is my intake before i added english muffin with peanut butter=

    protien= 380
    carbs = 250
    fat = 70 that was 2700 calories then i added the above so now its 3000 calories

    and its this
    pro= 396.6
    cal =3000
    carb=275
    fat =86

    what would you suggest bud as you can tell in my avy im not fat but cant get over 14 stone 2 it just drops up and down but i do see slight differances in definition but actually want to try and build muscle on muscle as it were???

    IF you are at 3000 now and you want to bulk then you can't cut down to 2700 and bulk. You can stay at 3000 but sub some carb sources for green veggies only and leave fat low which will not result in a bulk but hopefully get leaner with gaining a little (if any) muscle. If you want to bulk and then cut you are gonna have to raise cals to about 3500 and keep up with the cardio. I would add some different carb sources in like sweet potato.

    ok mate thanks yeah ive just gone out bought a load od brocholi ,sweet potato,and brown wild rice hopefully i can bulk and look as cut as i can thanks for the advice m8 really appreciate it!

    feeling ok but tobe honest abit to early as ive added more carbs and because im on a cycle ive almost an over night differance with slightly added fats as well knocked up to about 3480 calories now and still feeling hungry but dont want to add to much straight away!!
