    Diet critique?

    This diet I made quickly for a friend who is like 6'1" and 175lbs. I estimated his TDEE for a clean bulk to be about 3600 cals. Sound right?

    Example diet. PRO/CHO/FAT

    6:00am
    Meal 1
    Multi-vitamin
    3g vitamin C
    1 scoop whey protein 24g - 4g - 1g
    1/2C dry oats 7g - 32g - 3g
    2 whole eggs 12g - 0g - 9g
    2 egg whites 6g - 0g - 0g
    1 medium-large banana 1g - 27g - 0g
    Total: 50g - 63g - 13g

    8:30am
    Meal 2
    Greens (Salad/steamed/juiced veggies)
    5.5 oz chicken breast 43g - 0g - 3g
    8oz sweet potatoes 0g - 47g - 5g
    1 tbsp. natural peanut butter 7g - 6g - 8g
    Toatl: 50g - 53g - 16g

    10:00am-11:00am Train

    11:15am - PWO (post-workout)
    Meal 3
    3g vitamin C
    2 scoops whey protein 48g - 8g - 2g
    2 medium apples 0g - 50g - 0g
    1oz berries (for taste, optional) 0g - 2g - 0g
    1/2C finely ground oats 7g - 32g - 3g
    Total: 55g - 92g - 5g

    12:15pm - PPWO (post-post-workout)
    Meal 4
    5.5 oz chicken breast 43g - 0g - 3g
    1/2C dry lentils 16g - 38g - 0g
    1 tbsp. natural peanut butter 7g - 6g - 8g
    5g fish oil 0g - 0g - 5g
    Toatl: 66g - 44g - 16g


    3:00pm
    Meal 5
    5.5 oz lean steak sirloin 47g - 0g - 10g
    Greens + 1 tbsp. EVOO 0g - 0g - 14g
    1/4C dry quinoa 5g - 30g - 1g
    1/2C black beans (canned) 8g - 22g - 0g
    Total: 60g - 52g - 25g

    6:00pm
    Meal 6
    5.5 oz lean steak sirloin 47g - 0g - 10g
    Greens + 1 tbsp. EVOO 0g - 0g - 14g
    1/2C dry lentils 16g - 38g - 0g
    Total: 63g - 38g - 24g

    Total:
    334g (around 278g from animal sources) protein - 342g carbohydrate - 99g fat
    1336 cal. - 1368 cal. - 891 cal. = 3595 cal.

    ~approx a 35%/45%/25% macro split.

    Looks great to me bro. Do you eat dry quinoa or are you referring to the weight of it dry rather than cooked? I assume the latter of the two.

    Thanks man. Yeah I was just referring to the weight pre-cooked. I always cook it though before eating it!
