Does this diet look ok? ( want to build muscle get in good shape be lean etc)
Basically ive been lifting weights for couple months on and couple months off a few years now and no real gains so next week im joining the local gym and want to get a good diet going so here goes :
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs on brown toast, glass orange juice and protein shake.
Snack: Either tin tuna or nuts.
Lunch: Chicken fillet (Grilled) with salad + Protein shake.
Snack: Either tin tuna or nuts.
Dinner: Fish (Grilled) with brown pasta.
Tea: Brown Bread sandwich with tuna and protein shake.
I Know people are probably gonna start sayin awh learn more etc. truth is the only diet ive ever done before was a Protein ONLY diet which isnt that hard so this will be my first ever actuall diet with effort please feel free to critic.

Hi Eddie
We need stats!
Age
Weight
Height
Bodyfat
Job
Your actual goal, your title is a little vague!
WHat does your training look like (weight training/cardio splits)

At a glance, it doesn't look like much food. Also, it's inconsistent; i.e. a tin of tuna is not interchangeable with nuts, they have completely different nutrient profiles.

You ain't gonna build a whole lotta muscle on that diet. And there's no point one of us giving you a diet that may have too many, or too few calories for you.
Can you get your b/f checked at your gym? Or post some pics so we can estimate.
Then we can give you some proper advice.
And if you just wanna build muscle, you are happy with your bodyfat levels as they currently are?

No offense, but this statement kinda says it all. You called it in your first post in this thread; you really need to read up, check out other threads and diets and educate yourself a bit more. People telling you to do this or do that isn't going to provide much long term value.
However, as Stem suggested please post up some current pics so we can at least have a look at what you're working with.
