I Want to Gain Weight !
Hi , i go to the gym about 3 days a week , now for 7 months . i want to gain weight, i play football (Soccer) , i want to get bigger. Can please someone help me what to eat ? and what protein and creatine i have ? THANKS!

My Weight : 64.5 lbs
My Height : 5 ft 7 in
GOALS : I need to gain weight and have more strength in football(soccer) , and have a nice body to
My Workouts - 3 Days a week gym and 4 days a week football(Soccer) training session.
i normally eat , in the morning i don't have nothing .. just coffee :/ , in the afternoon i have a good meal and in the evening i have another good meal. Sometimes i eat healthy and sometimes no. and during the day i have some small snacks.

You mean 164.5 lbs?
Read the stickies in this forum, and stay consistent with whatever plan you settle on.
Also, what type of strength training do you currently undergo? Can you go into more detail about the 3 days you spend in the gym? What kind of lifts, and what body parts do you work?

well good meals i mean , chicken , meat , pasta , salads but sometimes i eat bit junk foods :/. and small snacks i mean , chocolate nuts etc etc .
i just want you to help me what to eat during the day , and do i need to have protein and Creatine ?

For us to help you you still need to be a lot more specific. Please list out exactly what you are eating otherwise, just read the stickies and threads which you need to do anyway. But to not tell us what kind of pasta or junk foods and not revealing what exactly plus simply saying small snacks with one example does not give us the info we need. I bet some of your choices are great and then again, some not so great.

You need to gain knowledge about how dieting works to begin with before attempting to create one. We'll help guide you if you're willing to put in the effort, as SlimmerMe has alluded to. I would suggest reading as much as possible before requesting any more information from us because it's very hard to help create a tailored diet for someone who lacks a basic understanding of macro-nutrients, nutritional values, etc.
If you're trying to build muscle you'll need to understand your basal metabolic rate, and activity level, as a basis for structuring the proper caloric intake. Everything you need to know is basically written down already in the stickies I linked above. Just read it all, then come back and if you have more questions we'll help you!
