Welcome!
You might want to eat more "real" food more often instead of 3 shakes per day or in addition to the shakes....
Read up and you can find lots of info.
When you say pasta, what is on the pasta? I know you want to gain, but is it just pasta? or do you have some meat too? or sauce?Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

ok so the diets a start, usually you got to provide stats especially as a newcomer but it also helps determine your diet for you like this
Age
Weight
Height
Bodyfat % if known, post up pics if you want to know.
Training experience
Cycle experience if any.
Training goals
right then the diet:
The key to cracking and understanding where the problems lie in your diet are in the macros, that is a breaqkdown of Protein/carbs/fat and cals in that order is the usual format, I know its a daunting task to begin with but it really is worth the effort, trust me on that, fortunately there are a few tools available to help us do this for eg myfitnesspal.com and livestrong.com are two popular ones around here. You go to have protein with every meal and carbs at breakfast pre and post work out at the very least. Nobody is going to spoonfeed you the answers, why give a man a fish when you can give him a rod right ?
I know all about training in an around work and eating BB style at the same time, its almost an art in itself, preparing food for the whole day in one session, its hard yeah but it is possible and its what you gotta do to have the body you always dreamed of.
the road is a long one my friend but very rewarding.
